We chose new interior colors, carpet, fixtures, art and flooring, Replaced old furniture and “reshopped” what we could keep, adding new where the budget allowed. Apartment remodels in process with new appliances, cabinets, flooring, paint and bathroom vanities as well as all lighting fixtures.

Entrance, Foyer and Lobby remodel/refresh. New colors complimenting existing colors, new furniture and planned updates to elevator and trim.
Complete Kitchen Remodel
Down to the studs we went on this craftsman kitchen. We took it back to the 1910’s, when the house was born. Color, cabinets and style. Including push button lighting features. What a reveal!
